Shri Dinesh was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 24th January 2024. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kurukshetra University, in addition to a Law degree (LL.B).

He has enriched experience from working with a listed company, where he was actively involved in managing secretarial compliances, supporting the conduct of Board, Committee, and General Meetings, and ensuring timely statutory filings with regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and stock exchanges. He is well-versed in maintaining statutory records and contributes significantly to strengthening the company’s corporate governance and compliance framework.
